Everything done in life is done in steps; a series of sequences. Little by little we learn more, love more, live more, and discover ourselves more. But maybe the little things we are learning daily are bigger than we thought? Almost like the opening act at your favorite bands concert, or maybe like the previews at the movie you waited a year to see. Things that get you ready for something bigger. Some of the songs are actually pretty good and some of the upcoming movies catch your eye but other songs you don't like and some of the commercials get repetitive and frustrating to watch. But you know why you're there. You know something bigger is coming. Something better. Something you've been waiting patiently and impatiently at times, for. Well I that's how I sort of picture life. Jesus is the main event but to get to Him, we have to live. We get to live. We get to live through some really amazing moments that make our cheeks hurt from smiling so hard or laughing too much. We also get to cry and live during some really hard and frustrating times as well. Each day I am learning more and more about Jesus and something I've noticed is that He works little by little. Something we learn might feel so insignificant and small in a moment but when you look back we can see how the little things add up. This is a journey to discover more about who the Savior is, what He is doing, and a place to reflect back on His faithfulness and guidance. When I hear Him speak, I want to remember it because I know He is revealing things to me little by little and that's why I'm here. Welcome to a place where I will be documenting the little things Jesus speaks to me; a place where we see and celebrate the small victories. My prayer is that the words and revelations He gives me will impact your heart just as much.
